September 2025
Stepping Forward: Hike for Jesus, Street Miracles, and Global Impact
September has been a month overflowing with testimonies of God’s goodness. With every week that passes, we are reminded that ministry is not about one event or one team — it is about the Body of Christ moving together under the power of the Holy Spirit. And right now, He is calling us to step boldly forward.
We are just one month away from our Hike for Jesus on October 25, 2025, and we cannot emphasize enough how important this event is for the future of Kingdom Work Ministries. The Hike is not just about walking a trail — it’s about walking in obedience to the Great Commission. Every registration, every dollar raised, and every person reached is a testimony that the Gospel is alive, active, and unstoppable.
But the Hike is also a reminder of what God is already doing through your prayers and support. Locally, we have seen crowds gather around the Word of God, the unsheltered encounter prayer and hope, and lives changed on sidewalks and street corners. In India, we see pastors and evangelists trained, children cared for, and entire villages reached with the message of salvation.
This is what it means to be part of the family of God: we step forward together. Some of us step onto the streets, some into tribal villages, and some onto the trails of Point Pinole. But all of us step forward by faith, for the sake of Christ and His Kingdom.
We invite you to stand with us — pray with us, hike with us, and give with us. Together, we will see the harvest gathered in.

Unhoused Ministry Update!
September Praise Reports: God’s Power on the Streets
September has been another month of seeing God move in powerful ways among our unsheltered neighbors. Each Wednesday, our team shows up ready to serve — but what amazes us is how God always exceeds our expectations. What starts with food, water, and conversation quickly becomes an outpouring of prayer, worship, and the presence of the Holy Spirit. The streets have truly become a sanctuary, and the sidewalks have become an altar where lives are touched by the love of Christ.
September 3 – Taking Ownership of the Ministry
Something beautiful is happening: our unhoused friends are beginning to see this outreach as their ministry. When our team arrives, they are eager to help set up tables, chairs, and supplies. They aren’t just receiving — they are participating. That sense of belonging is transforming hearts. On this day, we also prayed deeply with Sarah, who many of you have lifted up in recent months. Though she is thankful for shelter and food, she confessed that something was still missing in her heart. We prayed earnestly that Jesus Himself would fill the emptiness that no bed or building can satisfy.
September 10 – Bold Requests for Prayer
This week reminded us that the greatest need is not material but spiritual. As soon as we set up, people began approaching us, not asking first for food or clothing, but declaring, “I need prayer.” What a testimony of God at work — that those who are often overlooked by society are now boldly proclaiming their need for Him. Tangible needs were met, yes, but the deeper hunger for God’s presence filled the atmosphere.
September 17 – The Word Preached in Power
When Loaves and Fishes opened late, the Lord gave us an unexpected opportunity to proclaim Christ openly to nearly 50 people gathered outside. We preached the Gospel clearly and simply: that God’s love is available, forgiveness is near, and all that stands between them and salvation is a “yes” to Jesus. The crowd listened intently, and the Spirit was moving. These moments remind us that the Gospel is not bound by buildings — it thrives in the open air, right where the lost and hurting are.
As September draws to a close, we look back with gratitude. Each hug, each prayer, and each word of encouragement has been infused with the power of God’s Spirit. And we look ahead knowing that the seeds planted will bear fruit — not just in meals shared, but in souls saved.
Thank you, beloved partners, for making it possible to meet needs, preach Christ, and love people right where they are.
India Ministry Update!
September Highlights: Villages Reached, Servants Strengthened
The Gospel in Villages
In Chikatigalapalem and many surrounding areas, both believers and non-believers gathered to hear the Gospel. We rejoiced as souls surrendered to Christ and children lifted their voices in songs of praise that filled the entire village. These moments are living proof that the Word of God does not return void.
Bible Training Center
By God’s grace, the Bible Training Center continues to thrive. Students are faithfully devoting their days to studying the Scriptures, learning to rightly divide the Word of truth, and preparing to preach in unreached villages. Recently, a generous believer blessed each graduate and trainer with a gift of encouragement, reminding them that the Lord always provides for those who dedicate their lives to His service. Their resolve to carry the Gospel into new regions has only grown stronger.
Children’s Ministry
Our hearts are filled with joy as we see children learn songs, prayers, and simple Bible truths. Every time we meet, we also provide food and small gifts of support, which bring both smiles and nourishment. These little ones are the future of the Church, and leading them to Christ is one of the greatest joys of this ministry.
Supporting Servants of God
Currently, we are able to support 20 faithful evangelists serving in remote villages. We provide groceries and basic support for their families so they can continue preaching without distraction. But the need is far greater. Many more servants cry out for help, and we are praying that God will expand our reach so no servant of Christ is left without provision.
Special Needs
One urgent request is for portable rechargeable speaker boxes. These tools would make it possible to share the Gospel more effectively in large outdoor gatherings and remote areas without electricity. Please join us in praying for God’s provision in this practical but powerful way.
Prayer Needs
Pray for strength and protection as we minister in remote and sometimes hostile areas.
Pray for the children’s ministry, that young hearts may be deeply rooted in Christ.
Pray for the servants of God, that their needs will be met as they labor for the Gospel.
Pray for the persecuted churches in India, where worship is being restricted.
Pray for the resources to expand support to more villages, more servants, and more children.
Pray for provision of portable speakers to amplify the Gospel message.
A Note of Sorrow
We also pause to honor the life of Charlie Kirk, whose bold witness — especially to youth — inspired many to walk in God’s ways. Please pray for his family, that the Lord will comfort them and surround them with His peace.
To the Glory of God
Even amid persecution, sickness, and natural disasters, the work of the Gospel continues without pause. God is faithful, His church is growing, and His Word is spreading. As Scripture reminds us:
“Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.” (1 Corinthians 15:58)
Beloved partners, your prayers and support are fueling this movement of God across India. Together, we are seeing villages reached, children discipled, pastors trained, and souls saved. To God be the glory — now and forever.
With love and gratitude,
Timothy & Swapna
